International Day Of Peace Tree Planting
On the 21st of September, 2007, trees were planted in Hong Kong, Korea and Japan in celebration of the International Day of Peace


Mr. Ma Yong-un, International Director of the Korean Federation of Environmental Movements (KFEM) and fellow staff members,
Ms.Choi Hong Seong-mi and Mr. Ryu Ja-hyun planted a tree in Seoul, Korea.
Former walking companions, Koichi and Ai Nakatani, planted a tree in Hokkaido, Japan.
We planted a tree on Lantau Island, Hong Kong with a group of international friends.
Nations represented in these tree plantings included:
Canada, United Kingdom, China, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, Bangladesh, and the Philippines.
